Massage After-Care
After your massage session, it’s important to drink plenty of water to hydrate your muscle tissue. You may be a little sore, depending on the intensity of the service. A warm bath with epsom salt will soothe sore muscles and recommend it to all my clients. I also recommend getting a full night of sleep to help your body recover and reset.

Want to gift a product to my practice?
My clients are lovely people and I’m so happy I’ve been able to help them relax. Some clients have asked to gift items I need to help my practice. As much as I’ve avoided this, I’m caving and displaying my Amazon wish list!
