Cancellation Policy
You must provide at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This gives me the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. If you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, I will charge the full service fee. I understand that emergencies happen—if one arises, please contact me as soon as possible. You won’t be charged for cancellations made with proper notice.

Mobile Out-Calls
Getting Ready for Your In-Home Session
For out-call bookings, please prepare a clean, quiet space with enough room for my massage table and space for me to move comfortably. I will need a few minutes before and after the session to set up and break down. To help create a relaxing atmosphere, please keep pets in another room. Feel free to play your favorite music, or I can bring calming, spa-style tunes for you to enjoy.
Faust Massage Therapy Service Areas & Fees Policies
I proudly serve the greater Houston area, with priority given to locations within the 610 Inner Loop. If you’re outside the Highway 8 area, please inquire about availability. A travel surcharge of up to $50 may apply for locations beyond the outer loop.
Therapist Parking
To ensure a smooth setup, please provide convenient parking as close as possible to the massage location—massage tables and supplies are heavy and not easy to carry over long distances.
If your location requires paid parking, valet services, or has specific access rules, kindly inform me in advance. Clients are responsible for covering any associated parking fees.
Contact Information
When completing the booking contact form, please provide your full name, a valid email address, and an accurate phone number. As a mobile therapist, I rely on multiple communication methods to coordinate your session. If your contact information is incomplete or incorrect, I may need to cancel your appointment.
I treat your medical and personal information with the utmost confidentiality and will never share it without your consent. I will not sell or disclose your name, address, or contact details to third parties. As a solo mobile practitioner, I share your contact information only with a trusted colleague for my own safety and security.
No Call, No Shows
If you miss your appointment without giving at least 4 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee. You must pay for the missed session before rescheduling or booking another appointment. Moving forward, all future appointments will require payment at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, and the full fee will still apply. When possible, and with advance notice, I may extend your session or accommodate the remaining time—depending on my schedule. Extensions are not guaranteed and are offered at my discretion.
Intake Form, Confidentiality & Consent
New Client Intake
All new clients are required to complete an intake form before their first session. This form covers your medical history, any injuries, and areas you’d like to focus on, helping me personalize your treatment to best support your needs. You’ll receive a link to the form once your booking is confirmed. Please keep me informed of any changes to your health or medical conditions—intake forms should be updated annually to ensure safe, effective care.
Health & Safety Information
Your safety is my top priority. Please let me know about any medical conditions, including skin concerns, blood clots, or anything that may require adjustments to your session. If you have allergies—especially to essential oils, herbs, lotions, or massage oils—be sure to share that ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.
Cancer Treatment
At this time, I am not certified to work with clients currently undergoing cancer treatment. For your safety and care, please seek a qualified Oncology Massage Therapist.
Privacy & Consent
All personal and medical information you share is kept strictly confidential and will never be disclosed without your written consent. As a solo mobile practitioner, I may share your contact details with a trusted colleague solely for my personal safety. By signing the intake form, you acknowledge and consent to receive massage therapy treatment with a full understanding of these policies.
Draping & Boundaries
I maintain professional boundaries at all times. You will remain draped with a sheet throughout your massage, and I will only uncover the area I’m working on. You may undress to your comfort level—whether that means fully or keeping on any clothing or undergarments you prefer. I use clean linens for every session.
I customize your experience based on your preferences for pressure, temperature, music, and lighting. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please let me know so I can make adjustments right away.
I do not tolerate inappropriate behavior, contact, or language. If any violations occur, I will immediately end the session, and full payment will still be required.

The LGBTQ+ community is my community, and I proudly support every individual within it. I create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space for all clients. I’m committed to providing compassionate, non-judgmental care, and I make sure every person feels comfortable, respected, and truly valued. 🏳️🌈
Political & Religious Beliefs
I welcome a diverse clientele and deeply value the unique experiences each person brings. To create a comfortable and respectful space for everyone, I ask that we set aside political and religious discussions during your session. I don’t engage in prayer or speak on religious matters, regardless of tradition, and I avoid conversations about the current political climate. My focus is entirely on your relaxation and well-being. I encourage you to leave outside distractions behind so you can fully enjoy the benefits of your massage.
Maintaining a Safe Environment
I prioritize safety and respect in every session. As a mobile practitioner entering your home, I maintain the right to end a session if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe for any reason. If I encounter visible weapons, or tattoos, flags, decor, or any symbols that I interpret as representing hate groups, I will immediately end the session and leave. I appreciate your understanding and your commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment.
